      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone having trouble calling to speak to someone in customer service?&amp;nbsp; Keeps saying no one is available and if I press "0" it tells me the number is not in service and gives me a number to call which is QVC and the same thing happens again.&amp;nbsp; So frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I must be really lucky because the 2 items I returned to QVC were credited within a few days.&amp;nbsp; Used the "returns and exchanges" form from the main page, gave the info requested and emailed it.&amp;nbsp; Got my refund before they even received the items.&amp;nbsp; Easy/peasy!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;In fact, I just got charged the return shipping a couple of weeks after I got my refunds.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's been a week that I sent the email to them and have heard nothing back.&amp;nbsp; I will try it again, What form are you using?&amp;nbsp; All I see is the email address and they tell you what information to include in the email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
