    <description>&lt;P&gt;While I am able to make changes using my iPad, I cannot make changes while using my MacBook Pro laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when using my Mac all my orders have "Refund Issued" appearing on each order. I have not requested nor have I received a refund. &amp;nbsp;This does not show up on my iPad though. Strange!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can use another device to access your account I would try that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, I have been trying to Manage my auto delivery for approximately 2-3 weeks now and have been getting the red bar saying it’s unavailable and to call. I really prefer doing it myself and was wondering if IT is aware and if it’s being worked on. Any idea when it may be fixed? Thanks so much for any information</description>
