      <description>&lt;P&gt;Friends - I experienced something for the first time today, and wanted to pass information along. I ordered an item yesterday at full price (&lt;SPAN&gt;Item A394841, Laurie Felt Daisy Print Sweater), and went to glance at the video again .. only to notice an addition I did not notice yesterday: "not eligible for return or exchange"!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I contacted Customer Service, and they confirmed that their information reflected the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not know QVC changed their fundamental business practice in this matter. Now, I hope to like the item, and if I don't I will make a fuss and attempt to get my $$ returned, but wanted to alert people. I have no idea if this change is pervasive or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer Service could provide no clarity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Happy Holidays&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And, of course, the order is already in "preparing your order" status, and unable to cancel. Like you, I completely understand the policy on blowout clearances, etc, but I truly believed this was an error. Perhaps it still is, and customer service rep is wrong. I documented/screen shot everything and should I need to return, I'll deal then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, it is in red lettering and I pay close attention to everything on the screen. Most importantly, the reviews. It has close to 100 reviews so hopefully you&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3286"&gt;@DebPA3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; read them before ordering.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;I'm not sure why this is but I have seen AS IS items that you can return but the exact same item not an As Is price has a no return policy. Kind of strange.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
