      <title>Okay, now I'm frustrated...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned an item over 2 months ago and I've contacted Customer Service 6 times now.&amp;nbsp; I was told on November 2nd that I would be receiving a refund in "3 to 5 business days".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;After my 5th time contacting customer service, I finally got a refund of one easy-pay payment and I'm still due $578.80 as the item was paid in full.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just contacted customer service again and was told to contact the 'review department' to inquire further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many times am I expected to follow up?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the rant, I'm just annoyed that I have to keep checking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you paid by credit card, call the company and&amp;nbsp; decline the charge. Let them know you have contacted the Q on many occasions and have hit a wall.&amp;nbsp; I never understand why customers don't use easy pay, this way they aren't out all of their money. You can always pay it off when you receive the item and are happy. You aren't charged any interest and you are protecting yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC returns take MONTHS.....I order various items &amp;amp; return some but in order to track my returns, I had to make a manual list and make sure my returns get processed. &amp;nbsp;Most of then I can see made it to the return center (and I always use the prepaid return label ) and yet 4-6 weeks later they still ahev not processed. &amp;nbsp;They need to get it together.,..no other retailer is so slow....cant tell if its a process issue (but by now they shoudl have found a solution) or pursposeful so they can take advantage holding onto "cash" for longer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can say that if you reach out to CS - they are almost always responsive &amp;amp; take care of return...we shoudl not have to follow up but that does work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
