Average refund time?

Hello all,

Is 2 months out-of-the-ordinary for a refund to be issued?

I returned my defective HairMax cap on 10/07/22 (within the 180 day return window) and waited until 11/2 to contact customer service. I was told my refund would be 3-5 days to issue. I contacted customer service again on 11/12 and 11/26 and was told there was an "open request". Just now I was once again quoted a refund time frame of 3 to 5 days.

Is this taking longer than average or should I have more patience?

@Nat122 I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I reviewed your order and I show you were recently issued a full refund for the item in question. Is that correct?

I have not yet received a refund. Thank you for looking in to this for me. I will give it a few more days. I appreciate your help.

@Nat122 You're Welcome! The refund was just issued today. Please allow at least 72 hours for the funds to appear on your credit card account.

I receive my refunds from Amazon within hours of the package being scanned at my UPS

store.

and you can receive a refund from QVC within a day or so IF you use the EZ return system. No need to wait for a refund anymore.

I've received a credit to my card of only one easy-pay refund payment and not the full price of the item. Can anybody tell me if they usually refund items in installments?

@Nat122 When I received a refund it was for the total amount less shipping and handling and return label. I don't know why you are having such a difficult time getting a refund. Sorry for your frustration. Have you tried using easy returns and see what happens.I know it has been months but someone needs to care. Hopefully, everything will get worked out soon.

And that's with free returns, not the ridiculous price QVC charges.😡
