Hi @nuck thank you for posting with us here in our Community Customer Care forums. The holiday return policy is located under our Customer Service Q&A section on the home page - https://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html?type=topic&tid=250700000001337

Most items purchased between September 23 and December 24 can be returned as long as the item is postmarked by January 31, 2023.

Any holiday gift you purchase now through December 24, 2022 can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/23, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Restrictions may apply.

Blowout Clearance Price Items: QVC’s Holiday Return Policy does not apply to Blowout Clearance Price items. QVC will only accept returns or exchanges on Blowout Clearance Price items for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.
