    <description>Once again received the wrong item w/o an&lt;BR /&gt;Invoice. It was much easier when the social Team handled these type errors. Now you email Returns and wait for a few days for their reply. If you are&lt;BR /&gt;Missing an Eagles NFL shirt I probably have it. I’ve shopped for years at the Q and rarely had issues prior to the last couple months.</description>
