      <title>Weekend Website ongoing issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems every weekend for the past 2 months or so, the website crashes in some form or other.&amp;nbsp; When is QVC ever going to fix the glitches ?&amp;nbsp; Customer cannot access correct account information.&amp;nbsp; I have made numerous inquiries to the social team (email) and by phone and nothing seems to improve.&amp;nbsp; Tired of seeing the "call customer service" banner when you cannot access your own information.&amp;nbsp; Then you call (on the weekends) and you are listening to music for upwards of 1/2 hour or more.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes no one answers.&amp;nbsp; Seems to be systemic.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
