&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to find out about one of my orders- Shark Stratos&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; It was an advanced order shipping out the following week.&amp;nbsp; It now says backordered.&amp;nbsp; I was wondering when this will be available?&amp;nbsp; Having problems contacting CS today.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
