Forum Notifications Gone

QVC Mods -- are we only getting our Notifications (heart & mentions) for the current day now?

I was trying to remember a thread from a couple of days ago. Then I remembered someone asked me a question to my post in the thread. So I went to look in my Notifications which would identify the thread.

However, all my notifications are gone, except today's.

Not a big deal. Just wondering it this is a new feature (or non-feature) of deleting notifications at midnight or something.

I just checked my Notifications and there are none there, so I have that problem too. However, you should be able to go to your Profile where you can see all your posting activity. Maybe that would help you find the thread you're looking for.

@Caaareful Shopper , mine are all gone, also.They were there earlier from yesterday and from before when I looked around 4:30 this morning. Another glitch in the system, I guess.

I had 20+ notifications a few minutes ago, now I have none. Several times in the past few days I've had to click several times to bring them up. It feels like its preparing to crash.

@Kachina624 The Info Technology outide contractor is probably "working" onn some aspect of the website whiich always seems to result in kinks/snafus of some sort or other.

This Saturday and Sunday QVC has big holiday plans that they have been advertising so it won't surprise me if the system does more than a a little hiccoughing if the orderiing volume increases.

We'll see . . . My notificatiions still seem to be available. I am on my MacBook using Firefox. I prefer Safari but it definiitely doesn't "play well" with QVC's database.

@Kachina624 Ahh, the reliable pajama and lounge sets offerrings from QVC. I'm certain there are plenty available.

Seriously, I think they are tying in some beauty/cosmetic offerings with the Radio City Rockettes on Saturday and I think there might have been some reference to a singer or musical group tied in to ?? type product.

They certainly are trying to get good results for their make it or break it fourth quarter and to gain and hold ground into the first quarter of 2023.

Rakuten cash back here is 10% today. It usually is the minimal 1% weekdays and then is 4 or 5% on reeceent weekends.

I just went to check my notifications and they are currently missing. I will check back this evening. Sigh!!

Update my notifications did return. I checked about ten minutes later and they were all there.

Mine were fine yesterday, but they're gone today. Ironically, I just got a pop-up that someone liked one of my replies this morning.

@Caaareful Shopper All my notifications went out yesterday (Friday, October 4th) but were back up later in the day. Today they are out again.

My notifications left but returned. Now it's my Wish List that's "currently unavailable." I know some of you have had that occur on free shipping days before, but it's the first time for me. Frustrating!
