      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;This recently happened to me from another vendor. &amp;nbsp;I called the post office and they found my package. &amp;nbsp;It sat there almost a week. &amp;nbsp;There was a delay in shipping it, so I wasn't tracking it. &amp;nbsp;When it came, there was a hole in the plastic bag. &amp;nbsp;The contents were fine. &amp;nbsp;Someone must has set it aside and everyone else ignored it. &amp;nbsp;I gave them the FedEx tracking number where it showed delivering it to them. &amp;nbsp;They gave me a hard time saying they couldn't use that number, but they did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes purchases "fall off the back of the truck." &amp;nbsp;I had an expensive item mailed to me via UPS from another vendor. &amp;nbsp;The packaged scanned into the USPS distribution center and that's the last anyone has any record of it. &amp;nbsp;I called the local post office, UPS and the vendor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long story short, the package never arrives, the Vendor filed a claim, I have to sign a form that I never received the item and be issued a refund. &amp;nbsp;In the meantime, the vendor reordered the item and sent it out overnight at their cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You really have to be diligent, follow through and be your own advocate. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just posted this on another thread.&amp;nbsp; I have 2 packages sitting at the post office (local one just up the street from me) since 12/14/16.&amp;nbsp; They were originally shipped via UPS who handed them over to the post office to sit there.&amp;nbsp; I assume QVC arranged this.&amp;nbsp; I purchased them 12/13/16 with an estimaed due date of 12/21/16) today.&amp;nbsp; It saves QVC shipping cost by having the post office deliver them.&amp;nbsp; Post office won't delver because they have to deliver mail originally sent throught them first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
