Won’t let me pay my ez payments early like usual

Hi, I’ve been trying since last night to pay several ez payments early like I usually do but it’s not working. Is there an issue with this that qvc is working on? I tried through the app and website? It’s as if it doesn’t acknowledge it when I click on pay installment. Thanks for any information

@Arielundertbesea44 Same thing happening to me for the last few days. I contacted CS and they are working on it. Nice to know I am not the only one- makes me think it'll get worked on quicker.. Stay tuned.. I'll report when mine is resolved.

I'm having the same issues. I've been trying to pay all morning. I heard their IT is working on it. It is frustrating though.

Thanks for posting about this issue because I had the same problem a few days ago decided to wait and try again but I hadn't done that yet so I'm glad it was not something I did
