Email them directly at QVCSocialTeam@qvc. com with the specific order numbers, etc.

I had problems also...I just called customer service...very fast and easy. and DONE!!

I'm having the same trouble - this after the fiasco of letting all my payments expire over that last few months. Its always something with this company. I contacted chat CS and they said they would make whoever aware of it and to try again later. So, whatever.

Have you thought about setting up bill pay thru your bank?
That's how I pay my QCard bill.

I just tried to make some easy payments. Nope It won't let me pay any easy pays.

There is something going on with the system. I tried to pay off easy pays this morning online and was unable to. I called CS and they pushed the payments through on their end.
