Can't see item numbers on graphics

I have quit purchasing items on QVC because of the way they are broadcasting.. Has anyone else had the problem of not being able to read the item numbers? I don't know whether it is QVC or the television broadcasters in our area. It cuts the numbers off and if they are showing a close up of hosts or guests you can't see theie heads. Have never ran into this problem ever. Didn't know who to contact. Am in the Indianapolis. IN. area.

Can you change the "aspect" on your TV?

Are you watching QVC in HD or SD?

And do you have an HDTV?

That can account for the distorted images.

It sounds like a TV settings issue to me. As another poster suggested, try changing the apsect ratio, if you can. Sometimes it's not possible, as when my cable company switched to HD for all channels, and my old analog TV could not display it correctly.

I always stream on my iPad, & for several weeks no item numbers have been visible, & also find that anyone on the left side cannot be seen. Immediately below the screen, items in a show are also shown, but again, no numbers. I thought it must be a change in format, but it is very odd!

Any ideas?

Possibly, they want me to use the app, but I don't like it too much.

I have the same issue but I just use my TV remote to adjust. I choose menu, screen mode and choose normal, wide, zoom or panoramic views. Panoramic view on our TV allows me to see the item number. For some reason, our cable company doesn't offer the HD version of QVC so I have to adjust the screen view.

I used to have Comcast Cable and could read everything on the screen. Then I changed to Verizon and the writing was so small, I thought I'd go crazy. Now I'm back with Comcast and can read everything. Sometimes it's the cable company no matter what you do.
