      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never delt with any online store that makes you wait for 17 days after you return something back like QVC does!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you oder something ,they do not even wait till it is shipped your money is taken out right away , but they do not return as fast !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guess its cause it is not their money !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will never order anything again, learned my lesson.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Email QVC Easy Retuns you are refunded within 3 to 5 days most of the time it's 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just give the order number reason for return and they email you back within 1 to 2 days to say they have processed your refund may take 3 to 5 days as stated above for the refund to appear. They just ask to return the item as soon as possible. So even if you send back the return after the email your refund is already in the works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;QVC actually has the best customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I first have to ask - Why would a company ship a product to you if YOU haven't paid for it yet.&amp;nbsp; YES I expect QVC to take funds from my method of payment prior to shipment.&amp;nbsp; That is what EVERY retailer does and not everyone ships in 24 hours.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You are processing a return through the mail so once again you can NOT make a comparision to a brick and motor retailer where you can walk in and make your return.&amp;nbsp; When I do so at a brick and motor store there are times when it takes a couple days before the refund makes my account.&amp;nbsp; If I am making a return by mail then YES I expect that it will take time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't.&amp;nbsp; I don't believe for a second that they pay the sales tax on the higher price to the state.&amp;nbsp; I think they pay tax on the lower price, and keep the change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Typical modus operandi.....the usual hit and run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But to your point, although I did have one really bad experience with Easy Returns several months ago, I used it recently on four returns (a lot for me as I seldom make returns!) and the process was flawless, quick and easy...very pleased and impressed!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
