      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted Easy Returns 2 weeks ago about a return, giving them the required information.&amp;nbsp; Never heard back.&amp;nbsp; I contacted them again a couple of days ago.&amp;nbsp; Still nothing.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else being ignored?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It never worked for me, so I stopped doing it. Years ago it worked, but not in the past year or so. I just called customer service and we work through it that way.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thats the way it is now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You send it back and wait. The only returns I make are things I do not like.&amp;nbsp; The free exchange policy is a joke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Go to the forum, I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP…( it’s the one right above this one) and read the long Post I just wrote about the exchange process VIA QVC CSReps! I don’t know if what I have experienced is the same thing as y’all are talking about, BUT I think the QVC CUSTOMER REPS ARE NOT ALL TRAINED THE SAME!! I wrote about my 3 exchange/return experiences just since July 2022. And what I learned. And…the first 2 Exchanges/returns were because I received the WRONG ITEMS to begin with!!       <description>&lt;P&gt;have not had a single issue using the qvc easy returns process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have received refunds under seven days and sometimes even before i have gotten the package to the post office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
