Product image stops after a few seconds and three vertical bars flash like it is buffering. Any ideas how to fix this? Im not having this problem on you tube videos on my ipad.

I fixed my video from buffering by going clicking in to the three dot more area, and then video settings, and I turn it, turn it off and on, and now the videos work fine.

The same thing happened to me earlier today but now the videos are working.

I thought it was my iPad buffering. Good to know it's not just me
