    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Still not working for me (09/08 - 9:15 PM) on my QVC purchased HP laptop I bought last year with Microsoft Edge browser.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I see the video and the arrow to play the video but in the bottom left hand corner of the video the time is listed as 0:00 so nothing to play.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Started about a week ago.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sure hope so, mine was working with Edge browser up until the day before yesterday, now they don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT's problem seems to be fixing an issue on ALL platforms/devices at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They fix one, another fails....the story of our lives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have quite a few items just waiting till I can watch a video on them, before I order.....lost sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, well, mine just started working again, using Edge browser on my laptop!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still can't watch 'QVC Live', but at least can now watch presentation videos!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For now.......tomorrow's a whole 'nother day though, LOL!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC really needs to do something about upgrading their provider service before we have a really serious glitch.&amp;nbsp; Seems like they took the lowest bid for providers and you get what you pay for.&amp;nbsp; There are way too many glitches with their service company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
