      <description>&lt;P&gt;I came to the forums specifically to see if anyone else had posted about this.&amp;nbsp; I haven't been able to watch videos on my laptop either.&amp;nbsp; I tried different browsers and nothing fixes it.&amp;nbsp; I click on the 'play' arrow and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; It is so frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too cannot play the videos. In my case, it is a regular PC, running Microsoft Edge. Other videos on other websites on the same browser work fine. Computer, and Edge, are routinely updated, and is running Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No issues on my iPad, running Safari.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my PC, I installed Google Chrome, and the videos run fine, but I do not intend to duplicate my entire browsing history, saved items, etc on another browser on the PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please have IT solve the Edge problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
