    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I received a gift from a friend through qvc, I didn't quite fit so I need to return it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I peeled off the top part of the Q label, filled in the bottom one and that's as far as I've gotten, USPS says the label's barcode won't work with their systems, and ups/fedex says it's missing information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did I do something wrong? How do I get a new label?&amp;nbsp; I've been trying to call or live chat qvc for a week, but I keep getting disconnected, or the chat window freezes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
