Would like to know if there's a Jai customer service phone number. I have an enhancer that broke at the bail and I would love to have it repaired. I don't trust any of my local jewelers to repair it to Jai standards. I would be happy to pay for repair. Is there any such service offered by the Jai line - or might I be able to contact John Hardy customer service for this issue? Any helpful direction would be appreciated.

@glamor-us-1 I'm not a Jail fan but from the complaints I've read here, I don't think their standards are too high. I'd much rather trust a good, local independent jeweler who has a good repairer. We have one in my town that I'd trust with anything I own.

Jai does have a closed Facebook group where people have often been referred. You have to ask to join it.

Many thanks. I will look into that. I agree that the Jai line is definitely a step below John Hardy in qualilty. In the meantime, I just contacted John Hardy customer service to see if they might be able to help. I'm waiting for a reply.

I was under the impression that John Hardy was no longer affiliated with JAI sold on QVC.

If you don't have any Iuck with them, you can try messaging Scott Grimes on Facebook...

Scott Grimes QVC or JAI Jewelry for QVC. (There is another unrelated company called JAI Jewelry.)

I would think that a good local jeweler who works on sterling silver would do a much better job than sending it to Jai, which I assume is made in China. I have a great local jeweler who does this. They don't all work with sterling silver.

I will be interested if John Hardy is able to help you, but I don't believe they are connected to each other in that way.. I wouldn't hesitate at all to use a local jeweler.
