    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe I can help a little bit? I think QVC has started shipping straight from vendors. I don't know that for sure, but if they are, then QVC and the customer are at the mercy of when the vendor wants to ship. I could be wrong. Does anyone have better info?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC is getting ridiculous on processing orders.&amp;nbsp; I ordered a purse over a week ago and it is still being processed. How can other places like Amazon and Zappos get their orders out in a matter of days and receiving it in a timely manner and QVC can't.&amp;nbsp; If I can find what I want from another company I order it from there if it is only a few dollars more and a lot of times the other compaines include free shipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I agree about their shipping which is why I have scaled way back in my orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What is frustrating (for me) is that it sits either "in processing" or "packaging" for days on end.&amp;nbsp; And if you don't cancel an order within a few hours, forget it.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, I have found that the system won't allow you to cancel.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;At least their sister company down south gives you ample time to cancel and ships quicker.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
