Thank goodness the phone is still signed in!

Off topic but how do you get to the forums on your phone? I have the app on my phone but I can't figure out how to go to the forums from the app?

To me apps are worthless. To get to the forum you go to their website through your browser.

@ECBG, have you tried powering off your computer? Then start it back up? I do that first thing when I have a problem with any site.

@ECBG When I used a computer, rebooting was the first thing I always did when it went wonky. It usually fixed the problem.

Seems like both QVC and HSN are having phone issues and unable to take orders via call line. What is going on!!!!
