    <description>&lt;P&gt;for me it takes anywhere from 2-4 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have to say i love this feature......so much easier to get a quick refund than waiting 3 -4 weeks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent an email to QVC easy returns requesting an exchange for something I purchased. I sent the email 2 days ago. &amp;nbsp; I used to receive a response almost immediately from QVC easy returns, but I think that this takes longer now. &amp;nbsp;How long does it take? &amp;nbsp;When should I be concerned and send my email again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was four days for me, but CS said 3 yo 4 days. They are asking all non refund or exchange questions go to the social team or CS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I posted a similar question a few weeks ago. Ultimately it took a good four days for a response...and then what I got back was vague as I didn't know if they sent out a replacement for my mismatched earrings or just credited my account and wanted me to return them. I'll spare you the gory details but trying to get a replacement for their mistake was a nightmare! I could write a book. Oh, but the saga continues as I found out just yesterday they charged me the return shipping for sending the mismatched earrings back!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I will say I've used Easy Returns a couple other times for simple returns (not an exchange or replacement issue) and that process went well. But this recent experience has me very leery&amp;nbsp;now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
