how long to get a response to easy returns email?

I sent an email to QVC easy returns requesting an exchange for something I purchased. I sent the email 2 days ago. I used to receive a response almost immediately from QVC easy returns, but I think that this takes longer now. How long does it take? When should I be concerned and send my email again?

It was four days for me, but CS said 3 yo 4 days. They are asking all non refund or exchange questions go to the social team or CS.

I posted a similar question a few weeks ago. Ultimately it took a good four days for a response...and then what I got back was vague as I didn't know if they sent out a replacement for my mismatched earrings or just credited my account and wanted me to return them. I'll spare you the gory details but trying to get a replacement for their mistake was a nightmare! I could write a book. Oh, but the saga continues as I found out just yesterday they charged me the return shipping for sending the mismatched earrings back!

I will say I've used Easy Returns a couple other times for simple returns (not an exchange or replacement issue) and that process went well. But this recent experience has me very leery now.

for me it takes anywhere from 2-4 days.

i have to say i love this feature......so much easier to get a quick refund than waiting 3 -4 weeks!

Suggest you send an email to: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email. The MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

Call customer service. My emails weren't getting through...hence, LONG wait for refund!!
