MODS - "Notifications" issues

I have been experiencing "Notifications" glitches since yesterday and I've seen threads/posts from others in other areas of the forums yesterday complaining about Notifications.

As an example - I will get the pop-ups, and when I click on Notifications it says I have none. When I click on it again, and/or again, they will show up.

This morning when I signed on to the forum it said I had no notifications, which I did not believe. After being signed in, reading and commenting for half an hour, "suddenly" I had 18 Notifications ranging from yesterday to this morning.

Seems like IT needs to be informed, please.

Yes, I also have noticed problems today with notifications.
