    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7445"&gt;@beach-mom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No that's the email address that shows when the team&lt;STRONG&gt; responds to you.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The correct email to &lt;STRONG&gt;contact&lt;/STRONG&gt; them is &lt;STRONG&gt;QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com,&lt;/STRONG&gt; make sure you include your order information, they're very quick to respond!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was explained to me that the email you listed goes first to regular CS and then has to be forwarded to Social Team, delaying their response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
