    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, has anyone else noticed that they are failing to sending the packing slip/return label very often now? &amp;nbsp;I had a defective return on an item with no return shipping label included-tried to go on line and print the label &amp;amp; I received a message "image not available now". &amp;nbsp;WHAT!?? &amp;nbsp;Had an on line chat with Roxana &amp;amp; asked her to email me or send me a shipping label. &amp;nbsp;Her response was that QVC no longer does that &amp;amp; to return it on my own. &amp;nbsp;wow....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess this is the norm now. They should stop bragging about their return policy during on-air presentations...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a heads-up -- thought I'd pass along to you that QVC is experiencing a glitch in their return system.&amp;nbsp; I was not able to print a return label.&amp;nbsp; Customer Service said they're having some difficulties now and gladly extended my return deadline.&amp;nbsp; They suggested I try going back online to start a return in a day or so.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recd two tops for me (just different colors), same order number, same shipping day, same shipping method, recd same day in different bags. &amp;nbsp;Both did not have return labels. &amp;nbsp;I ordered same top the same day for my sis and that had a return label! &amp;nbsp;Go figure! &amp;nbsp;CS did send me a return label via email but that one did not include the portion where you enter why u are returning it and how you wanted to be credited. &amp;nbsp;Seems customers who have to return products are being penalized for not keeping product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6816"&gt;@linky1953&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I hoped a return label would be included in the order I need to return but there isn't one.&amp;nbsp; (I bought a nice pair of beachy kind of pants from Belle by Kim Gravel that shrunk after one wash; back they're going.)&amp;nbsp; To save myself time and energy and gas driving to the post office to probably save about 50 cents on the shipping, I'm okay with using the $6.95 label.&amp;nbsp; Can't print one online.&amp;nbsp; Great that they've extended my return deadline, but I sure would like to get rid of the package already.&amp;nbsp; I keep checking the site, nothing seems to be fixed yet.&amp;nbsp; Not the end of the world by any means, just frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck to everyone who is dealing with billing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm finding the same kind of problems with HSN. &amp;nbsp;Missing return labels/blurred labels and also delayed returns. &amp;nbsp;I sent back 3 items last month (I rarely do). &amp;nbsp;Physically calling I got one return back, still waiting for other 2. &amp;nbsp;I always go to Post Office or UPS so I can get my receipt with the tracking number on but still having problems. &amp;nbsp;It's definitely making me think twice about placing orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
