VERY Unhappy with QVC

I will NEVER order from QVC again. I have been with them for over 30 yrs. They have changed so much. They downright LIE about their products now. Then you try and get a refund and the represenitives have not been trained right to do it or they are all just plain stupid which I know isn't true.

Go to your store or do Amazon where I've never had trouble with refunds.

Shame on QVC for selling ****** and then lying about it. I'm including some of the hosts also that I've always really liked and admired. Not anymore.

Shame on you QVC. I hope you go out of business and an good, honest company replaces you.

You're probably right. Lots of stress at this time of the year. I've been with QVC for 30 years too and I actually have package that is among the missing. I'm not happy but, stuff happens. I doubt I'll ever see it but I'll wait until after Christmas to contact QVC. They have enough on their plate right now...lol

Last month a CR rep went over & beyond her duties for me for something that was MY fault. I got her name, posted the experience here. One of the Mods saw my post & responded that he was transferring my post to the person's CR supervisor.

I hope that CR got a nice bonus or at least a promotion.

Too often we don't hesitate to voice our displeasure (sometimes vehemently, as in this post!), but don't take the time to give praise when it's deserved.

I've been a Q customer for 21 years and I have never experienced a bad CS experience......seriously.

And on more than one occasion, they've "gone above and beyond", for me too.

I have one too. The EDD is tomorrow, so I am waiting to see if the shipping status changes to something other than pre-shipment info sent to USPS.

It's not a gift, so it doesn't have to be here this week but I would like it for NYE.

I have a rule that for every "complaint" letter I send, I send 2 nice ones. Part of my job gets "surveyed" and it's very clear that only the unhappy ones participate as it's very long and tedious to fill out. So I like to make sure I send some good out there along with the bad.

The only time I've been unhappy with QVC was recently when they did not notify me that an item I ordered for a Christmas gift was on BACKORDER. I had to find out for myself by looking to see WHEN it was shipped - only to find that it had not shipped at all because it was on backorder! I don't even know if they would have ever informed me, I would have kept wondering why the recipient didn't thank me for the gift!! LOL

That sort of irked me, but I've been shopping with the Q for 28 years and this was the only problem I can recall ever having with them.
