Part of my job gets "surveyed" and it's very clear that only the unhappy ones participate as it's very long and tedious to fill out. &amp;nbsp;So I like to make sure I send some good out there along with the bad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only time I've been unhappy with QVC was recently when they did not notify me that an item I ordered for&amp;nbsp; a Christmas gift was on BACKORDER.&amp;nbsp; I had to find out for myself by looking to see WHEN it was shipped - only to find that it had not shipped at all because it was on backorder!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I don't even know if they would have ever informed me, I would have kept wondering why the recipient didn't thank me for the gift!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That sort of irked me, but I've been shopping with the Q for 28 years and this was the only problem I can recall ever having with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
