Where is my QVC?

QVC - my "go to" for almost 30 years. Lately, orders take weeks to receive, no return labels inside, no ability to print the return label from the website, and today I received a pair of shoes I absolutely love...however, I ordered size 9. The box says Size 9. The shoes say 8.5 and are too tight! I'll have to return them and I'll have to pay the postage. What happened to my QVC? Was it the merger with HSN, or the fire at the distribution center? My "go to" seems to be gone.

@Aunt Abbey Some have had luck getting the social team to email them the return label. If Q sent the wrong size, than that is the wrong item & you exchange per the "easy returns/exchanges" way...you won't have to pay.

You never have to pay for QVCs mistake.

Explain what happened and they will take care of it.

It is to bad that the wrong size was sent but as a long time shopper you surely know that if it is QVC's fault they pay the return shipping!!!

Long gone I'm afraid !!! Has been gone for a few years now. Maybe they should bring the HSN management team in and teach them how it should be done. So sad they used to be so far surperior to HSN and now............it just keeps getting worse.

@Aunt Abbey : I just saw your post as I was speaking to a lovely CS rep. It was my 3rd call to get a return label emailed to me. They are all printing in gigantic format and cannot be minimized. Also waiting 32 days for another clothing item In Process.

QVC: I have other choices. After 36 years, I'm out.

@queendiva , wow you really are a long time customer. It's been 23 years for me and how I long for the days when it was way back then. I'm also "out". I've been able to find merchandise at other sites with better prices and much faster shipping, plus it doesn't take what seems to be like forever to get a credit once returned.
