    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I doubt they will look for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; I remember one time going to the QVC Outlet, which is almost a 3 hour drive, so the outing was only done maybe once a year, if that.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, my friend, who went with me, purchased a handbag at the outlet.&amp;nbsp; She didn't wear/use the bag until quite some time after the purchase, but when she opened one of the small zipper pockets inside the handbag, there was a folded $20 bill inside.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, to my thinking, if that wasn't found before beforehand by QVC returns or the outlet, then the key fob won't be either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I return the two lugs bags I ordered in one box, the two came seperate.&amp;nbsp; I don't have an issue with that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is that I called CS three times to inform them that I left an extra key fob in one of the bags, which one? good qustion.&amp;nbsp; I called CS even before they receiced the return and twice after they received it. They said they sent an email to return department and they would check and let me know.&amp;nbsp; NOT!&amp;nbsp; Have not heard a word one way or the other!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, It was my mistake but one would think they could at least check the 2 lug bags and get back to someone=--NOT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;IMO you have incredibly unrealistic expectations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant imagine them wasting any more of their money on service to you. You made a big mistake not emptying it before sending it back.&amp;nbsp; Were these purses damaged in some way?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Look in "suggestion box" for "received returned clothing". Chances are that they will never look.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
