Trying to purchase 2 tops. When I click "Checkout", nothing happens. Keeps going in an endless loop. Anyone else having a problem checking out?

I always have to switch over to Chrome, to get it to checkout for me.

I was doing fine until just a couple minutes ago. When I try to check out it brings up a banner to thats says "OOPS Something with wrong". I finally called and was trying to select option 3 to enter the item number to order by phone but it woudn't let me. So finally called again to select option 8 to talk to CS. The agent came on and automatically asked for my item item(s).

QVC is messed up. I have the MirroSoft Edge browser that came with my QVC HP laptop.

Edge isn't used by many companies,

They all seem to rely on Chrome.

Yes they have customer service who will take your order, but its nice to be able to do it yourself.

You don't have to make Chrome your default browser, I go back an forth with one click. I put in my orders and then go back to what I usually use,

You can keep your Edge if you like it.

It is almost as if they don't people to use the cash back sites. If you go through CS you won't get the cashback.

My WISHLIST was closed to viewing for awhile today.

This always happens on free shipping days. If they did it all the time (like most other sites) it wouldn't be such a cluster.

Another typicalo day ast QVC......I have tried to place 2 separate oprde3rs only to be told something is wrong and call this number. When you call this number oif course it says they are unable to put the call through and go order online. EVERY time anymore QVC has something special you can't place orders like on free shipping days or the last time I had this problem is with a TSV. FIX YOUR SYSTEM OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS....you don't deserve good customers - PITIFUL

Yes! I made multiple attempts on my iPad and it told me to call. While on hold for 15 minutes I kept clicking my I pad and it finally went through.

This happens whenever there's free shipping!

Plus, I'm hearing disabled and can't hear on the phone.

Problems like this always crop up on free shipping days. And they seem to start with the In The Kitchen With David show. It's almost like clockwork.

It's why I ordered early in the day.

Hopefully, the products you want will still be available later when it clears up. That seems to happen like clockwork too.

Frustrating.

I read that people couldn't even get through on the phones.
