    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/272699"&gt;@MG Chris&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I just read your follow-up response. &amp;nbsp;I use the cash back/rewards things too, such as the Capital One, Retail Me Not, Rakuten, Honey, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;QVC is the only retail site where I experience signnificant difficulty. &amp;nbsp;I attribute it to the website's flaws. &amp;nbsp;They need to start from scratch with a new one (keep this one live) and when read launch a completely new one while running a "dual system" in case the new one has flaws/crashes. &amp;nbsp;This is what other big institutions do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;It doesn't that they are trying to "marry" the QVC and HSN systems (which I read on another thread several days ago) so hang on . . . maybe Q &amp;nbsp;will eventually get it right!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;aroc3435&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Washington, DC &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does QVC make it so hard to give them my money? I am trying to shop through my Capital One rewards and it won't let me add anything to my cart. I have tried on my phone, my iPad, and my laptop. Spending my money with your company shouldn't be this hard. I can add things to my wish list, save for later, just not to my cart. And yes, I have rebooted, closed everything out and it won't work. I tried HSN and they let me add to my cart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Everyone else on the page is working there's hundreds of retailers I tried five different ones and everyone let me add something to my cart. Only QVC wouldn't work. My order is over $500 of Valerie's things and I can get 10% back through my rewards page. If it won't work I will go elsewhere. I have used the reward page for years and never had an issue. I shouldn't have to call to spend My money with QVC. They agreed to be a part of the program, and it should be easy. &amp;nbsp;Either they are arrogant or incompetent. I can't decide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
