      <title>Where is my order? EDD passed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an Amazon Echo Dot on Dec 6th. Order details says it shipped on the 8th. UPS tracking says a label was created but they have not yet received it at their facility. Estimated Delivery Date has passed. Why does QVC say something has shipped when there has only been a label created?&amp;nbsp; This was supposed to be a gift I needed by the 17th. Now it's sold out, even on Amazon. I called customer service and was told there is a new estimated delivery date of the 21st,&amp;nbsp;but that's all the information they can find.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it's&amp;nbsp;a busy season&amp;nbsp;for them, but I also had a problem with my last order. I ordered a pair of boots, it took longer than the EDD, and the wrong size boots were in a box labeled with the correct size. I called CS and they did not charge me to return them, but by then my size was sold out. This might be my last order with QVC. I guess&amp;nbsp;I will wrap up an I owe you note for a gift.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, stuff happens at this time of year (that's why I love to shop early!). &amp;nbsp;But for last minute items, it's a challenge. &amp;nbsp;I have one item shipped from HSN, &amp;nbsp;Within a day or two, it was shipped. &amp;nbsp;It arrived at my local post office in a timely fashion. &amp;nbsp;It was then forwarded to another post office about 30 miles north of me, for some unknown reason. &amp;nbsp;From there, it was sent to yet another post office about 300 miles south of me. &amp;nbsp;Yet, the post office tracking is saying it should be delivered tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I've also had trouble with three recent orders from QVC that were well past their delivery dates. &amp;nbsp;As a result, I stopped ordering anything further from QVC for the time being.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know it's the "time of year," but I just placed an online order with Makeup Geek. When I checked out they had a message talking about the S&amp;amp;H choice and about some orders may not be delivered by Christmas with just regular shipping. I don't need my order by Christmas but I appreciate how they are up front about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that QVC can't be held responsible once it leaves the Q, but did they take more orders than for the quantity they had? If that's the case then that's bad business IMO. I don't know, but I also have a date that I quit ordering stuff online because it's too close to the 25th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I do apologize that there was a delay with your French Press. When an item ships directly from the vendor it can take a few extra days. &amp;nbsp;We try to incorporate this into the EDD that is given, but unfortunately sometimes it does take a bit longer. &amp;nbsp;I am glad it arrived, however, and I hope that you have been enjoying some good coffee!&lt;/P&gt;
