says expected arrival is April 18 yet it still says in process. Is there some kind of problem with the shipping of these step ladders?

@Baylie Have you not heard the news the past couple of years? There are problems with the manufacturing and shipping of everything coming from Asia. The scheduled arrival times are often not met. Nobody's fault; that's just the way things are.

I ordered another one when the price went down and just received it this Wednesday. Maybe the tracking is off and it will arrive soon.
