HSN Return Charges

Why was I charged MORE when I returned an item from the initial shipping charge? The item was even returned in same box. SO why was I charged $9.95 to return an item that cost $7.95 to ship to me?? It doesn’t make sense! Anyone else have this happen to them?

Because that's the rule for returns. Have you read the information explanation under "returns/exchanges"? The use of the return label states what the cost will be to use their label also. You can return on your own if you think it would be less money. Many choose that route.

But her title says HSN....the QVC link for info returns may not be the same as HSN rules.

I was told 4x HSN doesn't do free even exchanges for sizes while QVC does.

They are owned by the same parent company but they are separate and have their own rules....
