      <title>Fashion Shipping &amp; Returns Processes Complaint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Writing this to provide QVC with feedback.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Your fashion shipping process is complicating the purchase of your items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Your lack of order receipts in packages is complicating the return of your items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Your "print return receipt" option is complicating the return of your items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I watched one Denim &amp;amp; Co show.&amp;nbsp; I purchased 5 colors of the same new top in ONE order.&amp;nbsp; All 5 tops were shipped separately.&amp;nbsp; They were received by me on different days.&amp;nbsp; I was constantly checking the tracking to see where they all were.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Of the 5 tops from one order, all shipped separately, only 3 actually had receipts inside the package.&amp;nbsp; So, for the 3 I am returning, I go to the QVC website, pull up the tops and am forced to print individual receipts for these tops -- not just check off the 3 I am returning etc.&amp;nbsp; It's ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; It's time consuming. It's frustrating.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, the "C" in QVC for convenience is so lacking ... your shipping and receipt of goods as well as your return process is NOT convenient.&amp;nbsp; You should have shipped my tops together, one bag, one tracking #, one receipt, one easy to fill in return form.&amp;nbsp; Yikes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S.&amp;nbsp; I am returning 3 of the tops because a.) this top is running small for the standard Denim &amp;amp; Co sizing and b.) 2 fit snug but 3 were so much smaller (same size) that I just couldn't justify keeping "tight" tops.&amp;nbsp; But, of course, that's a discussion for another day.&amp;nbsp; Consistent sizing would be appreciated.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
