    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was to receive the Philosophy three piece Amazing Grace set this week and I was notified that I will not be receiving it because they don't have it. This is the second time this has happened to me with a Philosophy TSV item in auto delivery. I am extremely mad about this. If they don't have enough of the product then they should not put it on the auto delivery system. I am done shopping on QVC, They have no regard for their customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This seems to be happening to all sorts of products.&amp;nbsp; It's a new game QVC is playing rather than being honest and saying the price has increased and we can no longer sell it at the AD price.&amp;nbsp; You'd think they could state that and give customers the option of buying at the higher price or cancelling.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So sorry this happened to you, too. I would suggest contacting Customer Service, tell them what you paid and ask them to find a substitution equal to your AD at the same price.
