      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a LONG TIME customer and buy way too much from the Q.&amp;nbsp; I keep tons, do some returns.&amp;nbsp; For a while my returns have not been processed.&amp;nbsp; I called customer service the other day and she said since they were 30 days old she couldn't help me.&amp;nbsp; Also said because I put more than one item in the return box she had no record of my return and couldnt help for that reason as well.&amp;nbsp; I have SEVEN items that were under the holiday return policy, that I have returned, and were never credited for.&amp;nbsp; I was told I would get a call from someone to help and no one has reached out.&amp;nbsp; WHERE TO GO FROM HERE?&amp;nbsp; I'm super frustrated and assume QVC doesn't want to lose the thousands I spend annually...&amp;nbsp; Anyone have another contact with customer service? If you're reading this - can you PLEASE HELP ME???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280636"&gt;@rassy74&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;As you are on Customer Care thread, my experience here is someone always resolves an issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;And also in my experience...KEEP TRYING until you get help!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Usually, it's a matter of getting to the right person...and with I imagine a bit of "restructuring" during Covid, even more so now...but eventually, I am helped to satisfaction with QVC. I've also experienced in the past...one answer on the phone from one person, called right back and got a completely different answer and was helped.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Don't give up if they owe you a refund. It's on them to have a process in place to help you get what is rightfully yours, as a customer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Last...there was only ONE time we were refused. I didn't like a food item, no problem, was credited, told not to return the product. SO went to return his for same reasons...they resisted, because "it couldn't be returned." Usually, food items they don't take back. I was told one thing and refunded, he was told another and they refused. First time that ever happened. I told him to stick with it, he did, including writing on this thread...they eventually credited him "one time service" to the customer. So we're not likely to take many chances with food again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Bottom line....KEEP TRYING!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They immediately took care of both of my issues.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;They are THE BEST.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Both Cindy and Susan helped me, but I know they are all excellent and will probably be able to help you as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Same here. Never. Except that one time. A weird anomaly, especially since they had treated it differently, the usual way, with the same product for me. It's why we pushed, and they eventually did refund him. I've shopped for food plenty with QVC, but never returned anything in the past, though my mom had things that didn't work out, and they never gave her any problem, never wanted food sent back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As I said, this was one weird time it happened.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Both times the returns were sitting in the returns process center for weeks. That is the last straw for me. I'm not ordering anymore from QVC. The quality is suffering and the refund process is not working for the customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am also waiting on a refund from the beginning of February! I am so upset I have called customer service numerous times and all I get is the run around! I have shopped QVC for years I'm ready to be completely done with them. I am so angry they owe over $300! I have no idea what to do next!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I saw "refunds not processing" and will tell my story.&amp;nbsp; I purchased on HSN several skin cleansers recently.&amp;nbsp; You all do realize QVC &amp;amp; HSN are the same parent company...Qurate Holdings or something.&amp;nbsp; Their stock is not doing great since the merger.&amp;nbsp; Just an aside.&amp;nbsp; HSN billed me immediately and I did receive the items promptly.&amp;nbsp; However, I returned them the following day as I had an allergic reaction.&amp;nbsp; USPS using their return label.&amp;nbsp; I was aware I would have to absorb $7.95 for return shipping and insurance, I wasn't pleased but I did get free shipping on inbound.&amp;nbsp; After almost a month of calling, and attempting to track using QVC/HSN easy track returns...no information given about my returned items and NO credit card adjustment.&amp;nbsp; In fact the option of "Easy Track Returns" on the website does not even work.&amp;nbsp; Each time I called I spoke to a representative working at home who was nice enough, but I am guessing the company makes them lie.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, long story short I became frustrated and called my banking institution (Chase Bank) and they immediately reversed the charges for me in total.&amp;nbsp; HSN has verified they did receive my return, but I'm guessing company holds onto your money for as long as possible to reflect their revenues or whatever...Bad, dishonest and misleading companies in my opinion.&amp;nbsp; I will never order from HSN, QVC or Zulilly again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Obviously not the other online retail sites they own besides HSN, Zulilly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Better check them all out to be sure that you never shop on those sites either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Please help!! QVC deleted my account after being a customer for years. Saying I owe their collection agency from 10 YEARS AGO!!! What?? They seem to can’t find what this item is either. I’m owed 2 different refunds for a laptop they sent back to theirselves and a coffee maker that went on sale!!! I’m thinking about making a police report going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow. What happened to qvc? That women I talked to talked to me in circles and then said she’s never seen this in 19 years she’s worked there but by judging what’s going on in this blog this happens regularly. My 9 years no longer gets her laptop and I’m out of 490 dollars because they can’t get their act straight!! Not acceptable qvc not acceptable!!!! If I don’t get this resolved by tomorrow I’m talking to my bank and I will blast them on social media and copy and paste everyone else’s issues on here…. I’m so mad I can’t see straight! This is STEALING . This is so wrong on so many levels and I don’t want others to be victims of this crime.</description>
