      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing has happened to me too...I waited five days to see if it would show up &amp;amp; it hasn't. &amp;nbsp;So I called Customer Service today &amp;amp; it was all taken care of, another one is being issued to me at no cost &amp;amp; if the original one turns up, I will just send it back...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always contact Customer Service when you have a problem, no need to post it on the Blogs of what to do! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered a ps5 and an extra controller and paid 400 or more down and I never received it. They were supposed to resend and I still never recieved it. Then they canceled my account and the manager I talked to refused to help me and told me I would have to finish paying for the item I never got.</description>
