topic Estimated Delivery Date: Today in Customer Care

Estimated Delivery Date: Today

Hello! So I apologize if this is a stupid post/Question but I am just wondering if my package would indeed more than likely come today. UPS' tracking never updated past the "Created Label" Stage and I know it says "Estimated" rather than "Expected" on the UPS Website itself.

But when I check the actual Q Website, Order Status and then "Tracking Status..It says "Expected" delivery

And this is what's confusing me: On the order Status itself, it gives me a completely different date from the two above. It states 2/17/22

Needless to say I just don't know which one I should follow/Believe here. And, yeah it also says "Estimated" rather than "Expected" for this one as well.

@DanSOwatonna Your order is processing as expected. This item is shipped by the vendor and adds an additional 2 days to the process. The estimated delivery date is 2/17. We expect to see updated tracking information in a day or two. Cindy

I had the same problem but when I checked the UPS website this morning it all was corrected and should be delivered today or tomorrow..We all just have to be patient I guess
