About 4 days ago, I began getting marketing texts from Q. How do I turn them off they drain my charge. Thanks.

Check your settings in "My Account". You can change things there. Also, Block the number on your phone. Lately I've been inundated with "unknown" and "scam likely" calls. It's really annoying.
