      <title>Shipping Issue (Moderator help please)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three outstanding orders. &amp;nbsp;Two were placed on 11/30. &amp;nbsp;After taking a rather circuitous route, they seem to be stuck in "electronic shipping information received". &amp;nbsp;I wonder if any of the moderators can help me find out what's going on. &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
