I've always experienced at least a 2 week turn around for years. However now my oldest returns that haven't been processed are from the early days of December &amp;amp; no processing in sight. The fact that I use their scannable label helps when I Don't get credit for a return! They can find that I did in fact return it lickity split!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do a lot of shopping with QVC because I travel/did travel alot for my film production work &amp;amp; I don't have the time to shop. I like the products on QVC that I know etc. &amp;amp; when you hit it just right the pricing is good. I have never had problems though like this year!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your tips &amp;amp; tricks, I wish they worked for me! &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Slow on processing returns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The Q seems to be slow on processing returns. Around the two week mark, they should be well processed. They certainly send out the queue bill with each and every purchase on it and expect us to pay for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4763"&gt;@Effie54&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly, QVC has always been very slow processing returns.&amp;nbsp; This is nothing new and a very old complaint on these boards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They really need to revamp and retrain that department.&amp;nbsp; So many errors when they finally do get around to processing a return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do know that QVC doesn't not have anything to do w/ sending out your bill.&amp;nbsp; That is handled by Synchrony who owns the charge card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99145"&gt;@fthunt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean....QVC bills our Synchrony Account for our purchases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC is responsible to sent the credit for returns to Synchrony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I meant that QVC doesn't mail us the monthly statements....they come from Synchrony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC doesn't post the monthly statements or mail them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Synchrony is big!&amp;nbsp; They also handle Amazon, Lowes and many other credit cards I have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So pleased with the speed at which my returns are processed. Now if we could just increase the delivery speed - ordered an item in July, been "in progress" since early November...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know if you all know this, but this is news to me. Appartently most of the stuff from QVC does not ship directly from the company. They use vendors to ship some/most of the products. It could explain processing times. It could also explain why you sometimes do not see that an item has shipped on the QVC website/app. I just wanted to inform everyone who did not knwo this that it could explain some of the issues people are having. Is it fair to all of us who are expecting gifts for the holidays? No and I do not agree with the way they are advertising it as if it is QVC who possess these items, but I guess they have to make their money some how and while false advertising is a BIG no no in the business industry, it can be used as a marketing ploy and it "makes it okay". Again, just wanted to educate people who did not know this information. Please do not come at me for only positivity was intended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've always experienced at least a 2 week turn around for years. However now my oldest returns that haven't been processed are from the early days of December &amp;amp; no processing in sight. The fact that I use their scannable label helps when I Don't get credit for a return! They can find that I did in fact return it lickity split!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do a lot of shopping with QVC because I travel/did travel alot for my film production work &amp;amp; I don't have the time to shop. I like the products on QVC that I know etc. &amp;amp; when you hit it just right the pricing is good.
