QVC team please advise. Corky's Turkey and sides arrived. Sides are thawed but cold.

The four sides are cold but thawed. Totally. Can I refreeze and thaw for Christmas?

The turkey seemed still frozen. Please advise me on what is safe.

I'd toss it and ask for another frozen one be sent right away.

I know zip about cooking but I know you must be careful when eating fowl.

The sides are "thawed" not the turkey. Although, I have been taught never re-freeze food. I wouldn't use it. @wonderfulworld

I emailed Corkys ( they have an area on their website for QVC orders...no response.

I called the number (thank you for giving it to me) and was told to leave a message.

The website said that if products are 'cool' to the touch they may be refrozen. They were thawed but cool to the touch I guess.

I would want a replacement for my full order. I would not refreeze thawed product because it could make you ill. I hope you get the help needed by QVC social team.
