Hide Cancelled Orders Issue

It has been going on for months on all of my devices. I have the "hide cancelled orders" checked and everytime I go to my orders the cancelled ones are showing and I have to uncheck it and recheck it only to have it happen again. Why doesn't it stay hidden when it is checked?

Hi @Pecky I am so sorry you are having an issue. We are not having any known issues with the canceled orders showing. Try clearing your cookies and changing browsers. QVC is compatible with Chrome and Firefox.

QVC is also compatible with Microsoft Edge, which I use and have no problems whatsoever.

I have microsoft edge and I have the same problem! I also can't open paypal when checking out.

This new system is most frustrating: it drives me NUTS!

@Pecky , I have the same issue.and I have cleared my cookies and I use Micoedge so it isn't that, not for me anyway. I only have a couple of cancelled items so it's no biggie but it would be nice to clean it up and get rid of them.

I've had a few cancelled orders over the years - but why bother? Only you and QVC can see them.

I use the Chrome browser and have cleared my cookies.

@Pecky - I am also experiencing this issue. My cancelled orders used to stay hidden, but a couple months ago, they reappeared in my list, even with the "hide" box still checked. No amount of cookie/cache clearing, checking and unchecking the box, or changing settings has fixed the problem for more than a few minutes.

This seems to have started happening around the same time that an upgrade was made to restore the functionality of the "Track Your Return" link, and if the tradeoff for having that information easily accessible here is that I have to scroll through orders that never happened, I'll totally take it!

@Anonymous It doesn't work for me either, hasn't for months. I use Chrome. It's not that big of a deal. I can live with it.

@Lisa Y I have done everything and I used Chrome & Edge and it still happens. I is no big deal just thought I would mention it after several months of not working.

Happens to me all the time. Very annoying. When you choose hide cancelled orders it does hide them, but they return as soon as you go to a different "page".

I have always had this issue. I use my iPad most often which means I use the safari browser. It also happens any time I use the app so the issue still exists. A lot of people use their smart phones or tablets instead of a computer or MacBook.
