    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had problems over the last few years getting the correct amount credited back to me for returned purchases. I have had several instances where I am not credited the proper amount. I call customer service and they always do correct it, however, if I didn't call I would be not have been credited. Now, I check every returned item to make certain I have been credited correctly. I have always trusted QVC, however, not any more. This is no way to run a reputable business. I do realize that occasionally these things happen, however, it should never happen as often as it does. Please...always check to see if you have been credited correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With the other address, a message may wait for the original service person to see it or may be miscategorized.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
