QVC - The nicest thing I can suggest is::

. . . REVISIT & UPDATE yr "QVC BUSINESS PLAN"

......... addressing the multitude of resultant changes, fr COVID business upsets

. . . . . . (That's what many other businesses have been forced to do, to ensure success).

This, QVC, instead of continually passing on these cont'd resultant & upsetting changes on to yr valued customers to "muddle thru."

Some of us agree; however, there were issues before Covid that haven't been resolved.

You need to tell QVC. I don't think anyone with influence to make changes reads comments on this Forum.

Try Feedback at the bottom of this page. I'm not really sure that anyone with influence sees that, either.
