Can you please tell me what happened to my order for Valeries Wreath?Shipping week of Nov 22

So, you're not seeing it all in your account? Was it there a few days ago? How long ago did you order it? Did you scroll back to that date to look for it?

I had to go way back to July for some advanced orders that were being processed. Others were brought forward to the date they went into processing.

It's possible it went into processing and will return shortly if you saw it there before and can't find it now. That happened to me a few times.

You can also email the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number and explanation.

It has happened to me several times that when an order is at the bottom of page 1, it disappears then reappears as it moves down to a new position when another order is added. It's there, you just can't see it.

I ordered mine during C-I-J and did not see it in my regular order history. (I believe it might have shown up as Advance Order. Anyway, I'll bet yours is on the way, I always take delivery the first week offered and mine currently graces my front door. It's absolutely gorgeous! (As usual).
