      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have an item that supposedly shipped , &amp;nbsp;but NO tracking info ! &amp;nbsp;It was in process for almost &amp;nbsp;10 days &amp;nbsp;! &amp;nbsp; I did contact CS and was told it was rare &amp;nbsp;but does &amp;nbsp;happen and could give me no information at all on my item just that I should receive the item by the 3rd. &amp;nbsp;I really don't understand how if an item ships &amp;nbsp;, Im charged , &amp;nbsp;but no tracking ?? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Has anyone had this happen , &amp;nbsp;I sure never have ? &amp;nbsp;I'm hoping it shows up .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kitty Galore ...I also have an item without tracking number, so I am now in your situation.&amp;nbsp; I will have to wait to see if the number appears but I will be leaving for a cruise Sat. and will not be back for 13 days.&amp;nbsp; I can check while on board and hope it is by usps because I put my mail on hold.&amp;nbsp; If it is sent by ups I will have to have my neighbor check the front door.&amp;nbsp; A little worried because it is jewelry and not cheap.&amp;nbsp; Hoping to get it before I leave.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
