QVC, instead of spending money on purchasing more companies causing a monopoly, how about you repair this month long issue!??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I agree. The sound issues are so bad that I can't even watch! I keep trying, but after a couple of minutes I have to change the channel.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me too, thanks for posting this! Maybe we can all provide details. In my case it's Roku, all the secondary channels except the main ones for QVC and HSN. I'm wondering if they're not allocating enough bandwidth to Q2, H2, etc., as a cost saving measure. Tried removing the channel app and reinstalling just in case I missed an update, but it's not that. Roku is up-to-date as well - 3 different models including Roku stick. If I think of more info I'll add it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought it was my TV until I heard the sound drifting in and out on my other sets. &amp;nbsp; I have Spectrum and I was about to have them reset my equipment. &amp;nbsp; But it's only on QVC and QVC2 for me. &amp;nbsp;(Channels 480 and 481 here in NYC). &amp;nbsp;I have to shut the stations off and I don't tape ITKWD until they fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's improved for someone, can you share how it was fixed for you? Was it when Q updated the streaming app? (When it went from the menu on the right side of the screen to the menu on the left side of the screen.) I think that's when it happened, but I'm not certain. Maybe folks who record the shows can figure that one out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's terribly difficult to watch at night with the volume turned down so I don't disturb my husband. I'm only hearing every few words! Avid shopper here...want to continue to be. I've resorted to watching old movies late at night and stay up too late.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I see I'm not the only one experiencing sound problems. It seems like they have an audio system that tries to "auto-correct" the sound. I find that when the voice is a little louder the system adjusts for that &amp;amp; the following sounds are "softened" because the system is expecting more loud sounds OR ithe system is lagging behind &amp;amp; can't soften the sound as it is happening. Annoying, yes. I just don't watch any more. Easy Peasy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same here. It's STILL an issue. Watching QVC 2 recorded David's Down Home Christmas and you like can only hear half of what he says. This seems to only happen with recorded rebroadcast shows on QVC 2. We had to stop watching, really annoying. Fix this QVC, you're losing money.....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I finally found my solution for the lack of sound on my QVC app on my iPad. ( I am an older lady with some vision issues). &amp;nbsp;Notice when the app first turns on, for the first THREE SECONDS there is an icon of a muted horn in the upper right of the presentation screen. &amp;nbsp; POOF it disappears before my arthritic hands can click on it! However, if I click on the spot where it WAS, it reappears and when I click on the muted horn, sound comes on, hurrah!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
